Referral Program Terms

1. What the program is

The referral program lets existing customers ("Referrers") invite others ("Referees") to the AI Testing course. It is operated by AI.NASTASIA (Anastasia, Warsaw, Poland), contact ai.tester.course@gmail.com ("we", "us"). The program pays no money. The only reward is additional course access, described in section 3.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid course purchase to generate a referral link. The program is void where prohibited by law.

3. Rewards

• Referee: the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase. A referral link does not carry its own discount, and does not change the price. The Referee gets whatever offer is currently open to everyone.
• Referrer: one (1) additional month of course access for each successful referred purchase, up to a lifetime maximum of twelve (12) months. No cash reward is paid, for any referral.

A "successful" referral is a completed, paid purchase that is not refunded, charged back, or cancelled, and that passes our anti-fraud checks.

4. Clawback and refunds

If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, or cancelled, the associated reward is reversed: the granted month is removed and your access expiry is rolled back to what it was before that referral.

5. Anti-fraud and limits

We may withhold, reverse, or void rewards, and suspend or remove any account from the program, if we reasonably suspect abuse, including: self-referral (referring your own or a linked/duplicate account), fake or incentivized sign-ups, spam, misrepresentation of the course, or circumventing the single-discount rule. Rewards are subject to a lifetime cap of twelve (12) months per Referrer. All decisions on eligibility and fraud are at our reasonable discretion.

6. Taxes

Rewards are additional course access, not money, so no payment is made to you and nothing is reported as income on your behalf. If your own circumstances make a non-cash benefit reportable where you live, that remains yours to handle. We do not provide tax advice.

7. Data protection

We process referral data as described in our Privacy Policy. We show Referrers only aggregate statistics and never reveal the identity of Referees.

8. Marketing conduct

When you share your link you must not spam, make false claims about the course, imply official endorsement you do not have, or misrepresent the price or the discount. Comply with the advertising and platform rules where you post.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, pause, or end the program, or these terms, at any time. Rewards already validly earned and settled are not affected. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
