Referral Program Terms

1. What the program is

The referral program lets existing customers ("Referrers") invite others ("Referees") to the AI Testing course. It is operated by AI.NASTASIA (Anastasia, Warsaw, Poland), contact ai.tester.course@gmail.com ("we", "us"). Referral payouts are administered through Lemon Squeezy's affiliate program.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid course purchase to generate a referral link. You must be at least 18 years old to receive cash rewards. The program is void where prohibited by law or your local tax rules make participation impractical.

3. Rewards

• Referee: a one-time [EUR 30] discount via the referral link, applied at checkout at full price only. It does not stack with founders or other promotional discounts; the best single discount applies.
• Referrer: for your FIRST successful referred purchase, one (1) additional month of course access. From your SECOND successful referred purchase onward, [EUR 20] per purchase, paid through the Lemon Squeezy affiliate program.

A "successful" referral is a completed, paid purchase that is not refunded, charged back, or cancelled, and that passes our anti-fraud checks.

4. Clawback and refunds

If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, or cancelled, the associated reward is reversed: access-month rewards are removed and the corresponding access extension is rolled back; cash rewards are deducted from your affiliate balance or clawed back by Lemon Squeezy.

5. Anti-fraud and limits

We may withhold, reverse, or void rewards, and suspend or remove any account from the program, if we reasonably suspect abuse, including: self-referral (referring your own or a linked/duplicate account), fake or incentivized sign-ups, spam, misrepresentation of the course, or circumventing the single-discount rule. Rewards are subject to a lifetime cap of [12] per Referrer. All decisions on eligibility and fraud are at our reasonable discretion.

6. Taxes

Cash rewards may be taxable income in your country. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on rewards you receive. Where required, tax forms and reporting for cash payouts are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the payout administrator. We do not provide tax advice.

7. Data protection

We process referral data as described in our Privacy Policy. We show Referrers only aggregate statistics and never reveal the identity of Referees.

8. Marketing conduct

When you share your link you must not spam, make false claims about the course, imply official endorsement you do not have, or misrepresent the price or the discount. Comply with the advertising and platform rules where you post.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, pause, or end the program, or these terms, at any time. Rewards already validly earned and settled are not affected. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
