1. What you are buying

Course "AI Testing Theory" - a self-paced online course designed to prepare you for the ISTQB Certified Tester AI Testing (CT-AI) exam. The course includes 63 micro-lectures, 300+ practice questions, quizzes, and access to the AI Mentor bot on Telegram.

2. Pricing and payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy Inc., which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT collection, and receipt issuance on our behalf. We do not store your credit card details.

As our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy Inc. is the seller of record and your contractual counterparty for the purchase. AI.NASTASIA provides and delivers the course content. This means your payment contract for the transaction is with Lemon Squeezy Inc., while access to the course and the learning experience are provided by AI.NASTASIA.

Your purchase receipt and invoice are issued by Lemon Squeezy Inc. as our Merchant of Record. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT: any applicable VAT or sales tax is determined by your billing country and added at checkout, where Lemon Squeezy calculates and collects it. EU businesses with a VIES-verified VAT number pay zero VAT (reverse charge).

If you choose the monthly plan, your access remains active as long as payments are current. Missed payments may result in temporary suspension until the balance is settled.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

14-day money-back guarantee. If the course is not for you, write to ai.tester.course@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. No interrogation, no hoops. This sits on top of your legal right of withdrawal under EU law, so you are covered either way. Refunds land within 14 days of your request.

For monthly plans, the 14-day guarantee applies to the first payment only.

Your statutory EU right of withdrawal

Separately from our voluntary guarantee, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU): you may withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded, for any reason and with no penalty. To withdraw, email ai.tester.course@gmail.com. On a valid withdrawal we reimburse you in full within 14 days of being notified, using the same payment method you used to pay.

Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee and your statutory right of withdrawal are two separate protections that stack: whichever is better for you applies, and our guarantee never reduces your statutory right.

Withdraw online. Beyond email, you can withdraw from your purchase using our on-site withdrawal function, available throughout the withdrawal period: Withdraw from contract. Enter the email you used at checkout; we confirm your withdrawal and refund you in full within 14 days, using your original payment method, with no reason required.

The reimbursement period and refund mechanics above are processed together with Lemon Squeezy Inc. as our Merchant of Record.

4. Course access and duration

Standard course access is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to complete the 2-month program at your own pace, review materials, and retake quizzes.

If we introduce a premium or lifetime tier in the future, early buyers may receive upgraded access. Any such upgrade will be communicated by email.

5. Your account

• One account, one person. Your course access is personal and non-transferable.
• Do not redistribute. You may not share, copy, resell, or distribute any course materials (videos, slides, quizzes, PDFs, bot content) in any form.
• Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

6. AI Mentor

The AI Mentor is a supplementary study tool powered by Anthropic Claude (primary) with OpenAI as fallback. Voice input is transcribed by OpenAI Whisper; voice replies are synthesized by ElevenLabs. It is designed to help you understand course concepts, practice questions, and prepare for the exam.

AI Mentor availability depends on third-party services (Telegram, Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs). We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

7. No exam guarantee

This course is designed to prepare you for the ISTQB CT-AI exam, but we do not guarantee that you will pass. Exam success depends on your effort, preparation, and the specific exam you take. The course covers the official CT-AI syllabus thoroughly, but the exam is administered by ISTQB and its member boards, not by us.

8. Intellectual property

All course content - including but not limited to lectures, scripts, slides, quizzes, illustrations, the AI Mentor's knowledge base, and the Nexus Protocol storyline - is copyrighted by AI.NASTASIA.

ISTQB, CT-AI, and related certification names are trademarks of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. We reference the ISTQB CT-AI syllabus for educational purposes. This course is not officially endorsed by or affiliated with ISTQB.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI.NASTASIA's total liability for any claim related to this course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under EU or local law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes that affect your rights, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the course after that period means you accept the updated terms.

12. Referral program

We may offer a referral program with rewards for referrers and referees. It is governed by our separate Referral Program Terms, including anti-fraud rules, reward clawback on refund, and our right to change or end the program. Cash rewards may be taxable income for which you are responsible.
